Justification of Behaviour

Do you realise the harder you need to work to get something, the more you treasure that thing? Remember the uniform days where blood and sweat and tears flowed freely? We still miss those days, even though from a bystanders point of view, its kinda sick, all the punishments, footdrills, and painful scoldings. However, we love it. Not that we are sadistic, we are just merely justifying our painful trainings cause its really dumb and causes cognitive dissonance (mental discomfort) do do something that you hate and not get anything in return. So you start to think 'Oh! Team bonding!' and 'Planta is fun!' but the truth is, you start to feel for the group, start to find feverishly the good things that you can get by enduring the hellish treatment.
Understand this, but do not oppose the method by not relenting to it, cause it will cause it more dissonance. Be aware of your own feelings, and why you do everything you do, for this is the way to enlightenment. But the path is never straight (not the gay straight, but the straight as in path straight.). Becare of false tells, false information or lies you often tell to yourself, so long that you start to thing that it is the truth. Beware of ignorant fools who give you false interpretations of yourself.
Most importantly, be aware of your own self, and listen to your heart.
