Once again its a busy week, with me coming home later than 12 for almost 2 days straight.

Here are the events that I went to.

Professional Preparation Programme
This programme is an extra module that teaches us corporate know how like how to write formal emails, resumes, and cover letters, and also office manners. Very nice and useful programme. Ms Yeo is a really good lecturer, both funny, committed and straight to the point.

Clementi Woods Gardening Session
Helps us to prepare for CLO (Certified landscape Operator) test. The things we have to wear to start gardening is dorkish, with the reflective vest, black boots (thank goodness not yellow ones) and a hat.
And yeah CLO certification is postponed to during attachment. Hope that doesn't eat up or mess up my free times.

Shakuhachi Recital
This is an event done up by the Japanese Association of Singapore (JAS) and its the performance of the 'Living National Treasure of Japan' Yamamoto Hozan and his son Yamamoto Shinzan. Shakuhachi is the Japanese bamboo flute and they can produce very naturalistic sounds that can be very soothing... so soothing that it almost made me fell alseep. I think its my fault not the players... cause they are really good as they say. After the performance, I find that I prefer instruments that produces sharper clearer notes like violin or piano.
JAS people seem to know one another like family. And Japanese people can be so polite =)
Jap Tsubasa Club people are so friendly and I've had lots of fun just taking abotu animes and mangas with them! They are really fun people!

KL Trip
Ok, I don't really have gone for it yet, but I am going to go there soon!!! Yes, I've been saying about the cost and how it has been reduced to $100 but it was too late for me to register right? Mr Saiful helped me asked Mr Gregory Chow when I had a brief chat with him about EUDS (Everything Under Da Sun) and I just laments on how the cost was suddenly reduced to $100 from $250 which I can't pay and Mr Saiful was so nice enough to help me ask Mr Chow to allow me to apply! Haha so now I'm going to KL!!!
Its going to be a give and take thing cause the trip will seriously screw my timings for lots of things. But ya the trip will be helpful to me and I'll get to see so many plants and greenery! And the shopping!!! =) Feel like I'll be going there with one bag and going home with 3!

Chess Club
Had some competitions. Friendly ones. Ok. Now I realised the competitive egotistic personality of mine is still there and lurking. I really, really had people who underestimates me. nd I feel really, really bad about changing groups, from Wei Song's group to Chen Le's group. Its not that I don't want to be in Wei Songs group, but hear hear, my first formal training was with Chen Le's group, and the group members want me in their group. So ya.

What the future holds, only Fate knows.
