I wade through my problems

I've went to the Buddha relic temple to learn more about the life of Buddha, as well as to take a look at the totally overrated orchid garden. I could have done better.
Not to mention I now know the exact location of Taboo.

Went back to see my old landscape at the medicinal garden @ Botanic gardens. I wonder if I've contracted the 'Pang Soon Syndrome'. You see, I've a bunk mate who likes to walk all the way to the back of the bunk to look at the view of Ngee Ann Poly. I will always wonder why he loves to do so. My guess is that that is the best days of his life, and that he could not let that go. The NParks Cadet part of my life isn't really the best part of my life, but I feel that its the point of time where I can do something that's is real for the first time. I can make my mark on the world. The first mark that I've made is the medicinal garden, in that sense. Its still growing well, I am happy to see signs of flower buds at some of the flowering plants. The herb area, though, its bare. I guess with no consistent maintenance this is the end result of any Singaporean herb gardens.

I've learnt much from the army. I now know of one of my weakness: I cannot focus. I am unable to sustain the desired personality which will propel me to greatness. I lack self control. Inevitably, no matter how good my first impressions look, my masks will crack. I cannot afford that to happen. I must master myself. I must do what I need to do. I must be constantly aware of my actions. I must master myself. Master my emotions. Like some old master used to say, 'master yourself, then you can master the world.' I believe so.

I am giving too many hints, too many information about myself, sometimes without me knowing, knowing until it has been done. Too dependent on chance I've been. It is true I am an acolyte of Fate, and a follower of chance, but this is too nerve wrecking and life affecting for my heart which yearns for stability.

I still have problems with powerful people. I am flabbergasted at their presence. This is not good. These are the people I'm going to work with, or best, in the future. If am going to be afraid of their piercing gaze, how am I going to succeed? I must welcome their burning gaze and burn them with my own.

Now, I must continue to be the zany and girly Alexis, but must stop revealing more and more things about myself. Only then can I keep my edge.
